MOSES KIPOR
St. Christopher High School

Moses was born about 17 years ago. His mother threw the infant Moses in a pit latrine immediately after birth. The infant (Moses) was rescued by neighbors who heard the cry.

Moses was enrolled at Daylight Model School, where he did his KCPE last year (2023). Moses was brought up by a poor maternal grandmother because even after the rescue his mother still disowned him. To date he doesn’t know his father.

Unfortunately for Moses, his grandmother passed away and left him under the care of a maternal uncle. His uncle experiences mental problems and sometimes threatened to harm the boy.

We enrolled Moses at St. Christopher’s Boys High School, and currently Moses has no home because his uncle is unreliable. The only aunt who would have assisted him is married and has her own financial problems. His mother also gave birth to other children whom she also abandoned. Moses’s aunt has requested that the boy should stay with Paul during school breaks.
